Poor delivery services from superbalist.

I've ordered from superbalist with no hassles and their service was exceptional. This time I'm receiving the worst service ever. I placed an order on the 22/03/24 with an estimated delivery date of 03/04/24. I received an email on the 28th of March that my order will be delivered on the 30th😊. But on the 30th I received an email that my order was sent to wrong delivery facility and will be delayed by 1-3 days. Okay no problem. I waited hoping they will contact me but nothing. I called their call center, they said they need to talk to their delivery team and will get back to me. I never got any feedback. I call them almost every day but it seems like no one knows where my parcel is or when it's gonna be delivered. When you call they will just keep getting your hopes up by say it will be delivered on that day. Making you wait for nothing. I can't even track my order cause the last activity when I try to order dates 28/03/24. It has been saying "out for delivery " since the 28th. Almost 18 days later, I haven't received my order nor know where the order is.
