POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

I ordered a parcel on Friday the 31st of May 2024 and was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 3rd of June, I then received and sms stating that my delivery is rescheduled and will be delivered on Tuesday the 4th of June, then on Tuesday by delivery was rescheduled again to the 5th of June then again got rescheduled to the 6th of June 2024 which is Thursday. On Thursday the 6th of June 2024 received an sms stating that my parcel is out for delivery and the parcel was never delivered and there is no communication from them regarding the matter.
