Poor delivery/ no assistance received/ no form of escalation

Superbalist have poor delivery service. Not reliable on delivery time. Expected as stipulated by them does not meet delivery time, they keep changing it on items that need urgently. One item held the whole order back when I ask that they split the delivery they say they can’t. Only due to one item.

You can’t use them for emergency orders. Front/ help desk is not helpful, the information that they give you is what you see on the system the what’s the point of a customer line.

They failed to assist with an order. They have no way to escalate it seems the customer care is the 1st and last person who can assist with information that they already put on the system.

They used to be ver efficient in the beginning but now it seems the business has grown but they have not catered for the growth in the business.
