Poor Customer Service

After having made a purchase for 2 of the same item. I realized that the fit wasn't suitable for me. Now, when logging a return the isn't an option to return two of the same item or to log two returns for the same item. I placed both the items in the bag and returned them (within time) I only received a refund for one of the items. I emailed the customer care address but I am yet to receive a response. Appalling service.
