Poor customer service

Appalled by the poor customer service, for 3 days I am unable to get a hold of them, their telephone is deactivate and nobody responds to any emails I have sent numerous mails, yet there website states they will get back within 1 business day. I shop on all online sites daily and even through a pandemic there is options to still get efficient assistance, there is no excuse for using the Pandemic as an excuse for Poor customer service! You should not be operating if there are no agents to respond to your clients .
