Poor customer service

I bought 2 items on sale with 40% PLUS 10%discount and the discount for the extra 10 % didn't pull through. When I sent an email to complain no one seems to be interested but. The responding as if I am stupid like I don't know what 50% of the items I bought totals too. I am very disappointed with the level of service and response. Disappointed at the false advertising for extra discounts that don't even exist just to get people to buy yet they know its not there.
