Poor customer service at Superbalist

Very poor customer service there. I placed an order and by mistake I entered the incorrect reference when I made payment via eft and eventually my order was cancelled. I called them and even sent email explaining what happened, I even sent a proof of payment but I never got help. It's been 5 months now and I never got a refund nor my account was credited. They still owe me even today, I'm so disappointed with their finance and call center team. Very very poor service there. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy there
