Poor customer service and horrible processes

Ever since the merge with Spree, the customer service I've received from Superbalist has been beyond poor.

I am supposed to be refunded my money for an order I made at Spree and was unhappy with. Its been back and forth with no results.

The follow up burden is on my shoulders and no one who has assisted me has had the decency to get back to me prior to closing my log.

I'm still waiting for my refund. I'm waiting to hear what's taking so long.

I will not be calling in again because I have done so more than 4 times with no results.
