Poor customer service and dishonesty

Hello, I have a complaint regarding my recent order with Superbalist. My order number is ***4. One of the items I ordered was canceled. When I went back online, I saw that there is still plenty of stock of this item. I have enquired with the customer care line and I was written back that the order could've had low stock and maybe returns affect the stock however as I am saying I have carted 6 of the same item just to prove that there is stock on this item.

I must say I'm disappointed at the customer service I have received from superbalist. This appears to be dishonest, to say the least. What's worse is that the dishonesty continues as I'm being told about stick levels when on-site it still shows stock.

Superbalist need to be do better. This is unacceptable.
