Poor Customer Service

I ordered from Suberblist on the 29th I ordered girls t-shirts instead of boys.

The order was delivered and returned, we logged a return clearly stating we need to exchange to boys.

Just to get check my orders and the same Tshirts which is girls are being delivered to me.

We called Monday we were told we are able to exchange to boys just to be told today they cannot exchange to boys they can only exchange the size.

Omw poor customer service!
