Poor customer service

I purchased an item from superbalist,i had a wrong item delivered to me,both consultants Amila.M and Yolanda.M took me from pillar to post without assisting all they care about is rating their services yet still today i paid for them item and i do not have it with me...i need to be compensated and i need the correcy order delivered to me...am sick and tired of the lies they telling me everysingle day creating a ticket number to be rated on yet the customer service skills are poor...iam fed up!!!
