Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service from sperbalist, I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month now, sent them my bank details still haven't got my refund, I always need to call them before advise that the refund was process and bounce back, gave them a different bank details and I'm still getting the same excuse. The company don't care about the customer,s needs. I am very disappointed in your service. NO sense of urgency!
