Poor customer service

Items where cancelled from my order " due to an inventory error" In terms of my order I was supposed to receive two watches and a jacket; but the two watches where cancelled on your side; instead of phoning(to maybe suggest an alternative option or at least let me know) or send a sms regarding your cancellation; you just send a computer generated mail that gets lost in all the other spam you send, as I was anxiously waiting for items that I would unknowingly not receive.
