Poor courier service

I am extremely disappointed that i ordered on the 26/11. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 2/12 but was advised that it was delayed and no communication was sent further after that. I had to make a call this morning all to find out the order was lost and now im being told i will get a replacement and my only worry is that if I dont have a size which is highly likely then they will give me my refund. I want want money i am willing to wait until you guys have my size if thats the case.
