Poor communication

am writing to express my frustration regarding my order placed on the 2nd of this month. I was initially informed that the order would arrive yesterday, but it did not. Today, I was told it would arrive around 5 PM, and it still has not been delivered.

I have been working from home the entire day waiting for this order, and the lack of communication and updates has been extremely inconvenient. I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my order and an explanation for the delays
