POOR and **** delivery service.

I ordered my item on the 4.05.2026 I paid for delivery. They said my parcel will be delivered today 08.05.2026 up to now I haven't had a sms that my parcel is out for delivery. I called and they said its still in transit from JHB she says they have until 8pm to deliver the parcel. I was like so who is in my office at 8pm. This is a mothers day gift I need my parcel today. You cant take more than 5 days to have something delivered.
