Poooooooor service

I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied, I have ordered goods on Black Friday I was provided with a waybill number the goods have not been delivered to date. When I call their courier company they are advising the merchandise was ****** when their delivery truck/van went missing, I don’t understand why they can’t communicate. Instead we’ve been waiting, pooor service
