Please respond to my emails

I returned a product without realizing that it had been rejected for return with one that was approved .I sent an email immediately a day after collection to alert Superbalist . Mishka responded to my email to alert the relevant department , I am still awaiting feedback . My email was sent on the 12th Ref order *** , I have sent follow up emails on the 17th and 18th but still have not received any response.

Would someone please respond to my emails please!!!
