PLEASE BEWARE!!! MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUPERBALIST!

Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Please BEWARE!!! THEY DID NOT REFUND THE MONEY I paid for an Item I never received because they cancelled it saying "Inventory Error". I spoke to numerous consultants who kept saying they are escalating the query to Finance... The Finance department must be non-existent, as I have received NO FEEDBACK and there is still NO REFUND. I have sent numerous emails, they did not even bother to respond. I have asked all these consultants (whose names I have) to send me their manager's email address, not even a single reply. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
