I received an sms that my order is out for delivery on the 5/7/2023 I will recieve it before 5pm. At 16:25 I received a call I answer the driver hangs up immidiately it was like he was buzzing me or to have records that he called me and didnt get hold of me which is a big FAT lie ! Minutes later I get an sms that says my order could not be delivered WHAT THE HELL??? HOW WHEN NO1 CALLED AND SPOKE TO ME AND I AM HOME. I call him back immediately he says he passed where I live he was outside I wasn't outside how can u be outside if u never called n told me to come u outside? He says his coming I must wait outside I go outside I ask the security and the laundry lady who have been sitting outside since the morning if anyone came they say there was no car that came so your driver was lying. I wait there for another 30min no one arrives I call him his phone doesn't go through I eventually go back to the house. Guess what? I receive an email that my order was delivered when I did not receive anything. I am SOOOOOOOOO ANGRY! YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING I have been made a fool here the level of dishonesty Im so ****ed off after buying and supporting Superbalist for many years this is what I get I'm done i will never buy again. I am now in convinced because of your *********** employees who are dishonest. I don't want any refunds I want my order that i paid for delivered to me with all the items....Do not buy from them!!!
