Pathetic service SUPERBALIST

I order a item of R1399 which i got a 45% discount on and paid R769.00-Order No. ********** . My delivery date was set for the 27th december 2018. i was on leave on the 24th of december and they tried to deliver it, not even sending me a msg before hand they delivering it . engineer than called for 5 seconds on the cellphone -27th which i tried to pick up and i called back twice, no response. I even ran out to security and he said they just left without trying to call again.

i logged a complaint and Kelly Turner, who advised my item will be delivered before end of business 27th 5pm. i receive a email they cancelled my order and will refund me. they did this to my friend aswell, if you got a big discount on a items they make up reason to try and cancel deliveries. im so upset because the order was a gift to my sister. im appalled by their service and will never shop there again! still no reply from them.
