Pathetic Service Superbalist

I am super upset with superbalist. They got my order wrong. I ordered the Adidas Tennis Tee Long sleeve Top on the 25th August. The top literally came out that weekend and I was probably one of the first to purchase the top. I waited three days for my delivery. Only to receive the incorrect item in a damaged box. How professional? Speaking of professional the top was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the delivery man said that there was nobody at home. He never even came to my door he hooted outside and expected me to come to him is he crazy, well after nobody came out he left. The next day I experienced the same situation driver hooted a couple of times then drove away. Only for him to phone me and say he tried to deliver but nobody was at home even had a fine cheek to say he hooted and nobody came out. Anyway I told him someone was at home and he shouldn't hoot instead he should knock on the door like any delivery man is expected to do. I got the product it was the wrong product, I really wanted this top I had my outfit all planned out for my birthday which is today. My day is spoilt how could you get my order mixed up like this. I never ordered a t shirt it was a long sleeve top we are in winter what must I do with a t shirt in this weather. I am so upset I feel like crying I am going to look so **** on my bday. I can't even get the same top because the top is ****en sold out. how could you get this wrong. Your exchange policy is also pathetic you did me wrong you got your money I never got my goods I ordered. I'm also unhappy that I now have to wait 8days for a refund or exchange my birthday is today 31 August how do you ****ing acomodate that. Superbalist you are pathetic I hate you!!!!!
