Pathetic Service - return goods on the 20th November until today no response

I requested a return on the 20 November. On the 3rd December the delivery man gave me a muss call. Due to the position I have at work I could not call him immediately. When I dud call him during my break he'd said he could not find my house. My question is that don't drivers have GPS. I had to call him 4 times until he fetched my stuff on the 4 December. I called people at Superbalist and they said they did not receive my return. I got so frustrated I spoke to a lady called Yola on the 6 December and she said she can't see any return and the courier company Skynet did not send any returns. She told me that it will take 24 hours to find the return goods and then the returns sorted out. Today is the 18th and no feedback at all. Pathetic service. I will never but from them and I will spread the word his useless Superbalist is on other social media. Please don't buy from them
