Pathetic service! Order a nike airforce1 and receive a jules slide

I am beyond ****ed off this morning! I ordered a nike air force 1 and when I fetched it at takealot I received a sandal! How does suberbalist get it this wrong ! I spoke to 2 ladies this morning the most unhelpful ive ever come across! The second agent I spoke to laughed at me at the start of the call! Im disgused in the service received! Now superbalist has my money but tells me they cant help me!!!!!!!! I want my takkie and I want it today! I now hear bull**** that its out of stock how is that my problem?????? What happened to my takkie !

Im a contact center manger and the woman was rude to the point of speaking over me etc and i literally gave her advice as to handle an irate consumer !!!!!! Get people with a can do attitude!!!!!

Takealot was amazing at assisting me and even they tried to resolve it from their end !

This is a birthday gift how the hell does superbalist get it this wrong ???????
