Pathetic service - no answer on call centre.

At this point I am frustrated with Superbalist!

How is it that we are on lockdown level 1 and your customer call centre is non operational? In an era where we have telephones and cell phone that can be diverted?

Apart from the extremely delayed responses via the website contact form (days to a week later)

I am still waiting on my refund and it is on the 6th working day today.

How in world do you expect to run a business without active call centre?

Absolutely pathetic! That was the last time I buy anything from this retailer.

Please give me a contact number so I can get my money please!
