Pathetic service (lack thereof)

I received a wallet refund notification from Superbalist on 27 Aug 2019. Rep**** by advising that I opted for a physical refund to my bank. Never heard back, did not trace a refund in my account and the credit balance in my wallet is R0. Have logged several requests with Superbalist with no response whatsoever. We're talking about R699, not chump change for me. I never experienced such bad service when they ran under the Spree umbrella.
