Pathetic service from superbalist

Iv been trying to return a faulty item since November 2018. First you try and tell me its a part of spree you cant help then when i tell u uv bought them over so u are responsible. Then u want to tell me its older than six months but i complained in the 4th month and been telling u i cant log the return. So i am well withing my rights
