PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SUPERBALIST

we have been experiencing difficulties with this company, we purchased a rug over two months ago, contacted them numerous times to collect, they keep arranging and arramging and never collect yet our money has been paid to them to be refunded. weve been using them often and this time they have really pushed the limits being inconsiderate with no customer service what so ever, which is pathetic service, emails have been going back an forth but they just not concerned! we were supposed to have purchased something else from them but in this case it seems you cannot trust the service. it is utter poor customer service that we have experienced and they are not bothered or concerned which is utter bull****!!!!!!!!!!!
