Pathetic service

Most ridiculous service I've ever received online, firstly the site shows they have 3 of the particular item in stock, then they cancel your order on account of there being no stock. Yet when you go back online after Superbalist canceled the order there is randomly 4 units in stock. And don't bother contacting their customers service, they don't give two hooks, they just say "we are sorry for the inconvenience". Superbalist also does not allow you to exchange an item (unwanted gift) after 30 days, totally against the consumer act.
