Pathetic service, extremely disappointed!!!

I placed an order on the 4th of Novemebr, paid for it and also sent a proof payment, dont know how many times!! Until today as we speak, I have not received my order and no one is giving me the correct answers to my questions. I am extremely and highly disappointed, I wasn't expecting such bad services from you!
