BAD SERVICE

I am soo disappointed at the service I got from Superbalist as a first time user of their online shopping. The experience has been very bad. I ordered an Adidas Tracksuit ages 7-8 on the 1st of December. The delivery was made on the 9th of December but was incomplete, only the track top was delivered and not the bottom. I logged a query for an exchange for the correct items. They have delayed the pick up date of the item to the 18th of December, to be delivered I dont know when again (Surely in Jan 2020 since they take decaded to do anything), and I had bought this item for my son for Christmas. Now it is pretty clear that he won’t have anything to wear because of their incompetence. I am furious!!! Infact, I will not be doing any online shopping with them ever again!! It was my first and the last time!!!
