Pathetic service

I order 2 pairs of sneakers on the 7 july 2021 . The driver had come on the 10 july but never came to my office or called me to collect my package.The driver tried again on the 17 july and the exact situation. No contact was made to me , the driver didn’t even attempt to my office . I am so appalled and unhappy with the service received. I do understand the riots and delivery would be delayed . But now I am the one that’s going to be inconvenienced as I bought those items on sale and use my ebucks and will not get them at the same price
