Pathetic service and people don't know how to do their jobs!

Pathetic service. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 whole months. They keep promising to sort this out but it's now the 9th of August and no one has even got back to me. My return was picked up on the 31st of May 2022. They have *********** and unreliable staff clearly who dont know what seems to be going on. I've called the call center numerous times, sent emails, laid complaints but no one is helping me. This is beyond frustrating now!
