Pathetic service 🤬🤬🤬

Order No. ***8 My takkies were supposed to be to be exchanged last week wednesday. I bought them because my baby has no shoes,i needed them for this weekend but as usual with their pathetic service it was not sent, i was promised to receive yesterday but today they email to say it wont be delivered and tommorrow im leaving for holiday!!! What the hell with this horrible service??? This company is going to the dogs!!!
