Pathetic Service!!!

I’m so disappointed with Superbalist, I placed an order in April and the delivery was rescheduled to sometime in May which I understood. However I since moved to a different address due to lockdown than was initially stated on the order, I immediately tried to request for an address change on the order, before the order was even finalized on their app help tool after numerous attempts to send them emails to no success. However to my surprise the app help tool was also not responding and I couldn’t get my request through. I then got a call from the delivery guy to deliver at the previously mentioned address, whom I then told that I requested for an address change and was unavailable at the address and he just hung up on me. Now when I check on the status of the order, it’s saying the order was delivered but also says the delivery was canceled. I then resorted to getting assistance from their Facebook messenger page and the service there was horrible. I was taken back and forth and had to explain the same thing over and over with no assistance only to be finally told that my order was cancelled without my knowledge after numerous attempts on their side to contact me for delivery and I was like what attempts?! as I only got one call from the delivery guy and have been the one trying all sorts of ways to get through to them with no success. I’m very annoyed and disappointed with Superbalist and their *********** staff with their unhelpful help centre.
