Pathetic service

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered an item and been waiting for 2 weeks constantly phoning them and getting every single excuse under the sun like they work for eskom or something, tired of there excuses and want some answers. Maybe the CEO David Cohen can shed some light on why his company is not delivering??????
