You guys have become terrible ever since you took over Spree, you use to respond to Hello Peter complaints within minutes , now I have noticed you have not responded to most of your customers. I tried to return a parcel and selected my home address by mistake and tried to change to my work address , a consultant promised to assist with the cancellation and re-log the return. When I tried to re log the return it was now declined yet you approved it the first time. What do I do with a dress that is too small and extremely short for me..
