Pathetic service!

I ordered a sneaker for my girlfriend as a gift and i saw it was 30% off, so u thought okay i i would give it a go. Delivery date was scheduled for the Thursday, still i havent received it neither did i receive it on Friday. I was told the order was cancelled and i will receive my refund shortly. I was not told why the order was cancelled neither was i explained to what was happening.. I told the agent i communicated with that he needs to send the item to me and not refund me as it is an early birthday gift. He told me that once the order was cancelled i cannot aak for the item to be shipped and i wll be getting a refund. Absolutely pathetic ans ********** service from Superbalist..i really want and need the sneaker now i have to purchase the item that is normal price.
