Pathetic service!!!!

No delivery and shocking customer care. Placed an order on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to see that it gave me a delivery option of a Sunday, which I chose.

Through out Sunday I received an update that my order was being picked, packed, etc and the last status was that it was with the couriers for delivery. It was never delivered on the Sunday, so on the Monday I called and was informed that it must be a technical error as Sunday should never have been an option.

Now they tell me that they cannot change the delivery address that I either have to cancel the order or pick it up from them myself? I mean ***! They cannot even change a delivery address. Absolutely shocking!

I see they don't respond to Hellopeter complaints, so this is more for other consumers - be very wary of using Superbalist.
