Pathetic service

I ordered goods on the 31st of January and promised delivery on the 5th of February. Still waiting. What a pathetic online shopping portal. To make things worse no one knows where my parcel is and their call centre agents are equally pathetic and clueless. Still no refund and no idea where my order is. Will NEVER shop on this site again. Be warned.
