Pathetic service!!!!!!

so I did my first ever online purchase and got a pair of running takkies on Superbalist.com. service was great and got my delivery within 2 days. I tested the takkie out by going for a walk and a very light jog. I felt that the size was abit too big and logged an exchange on the app for a size smaller.

Firstly after dropping off the goods at a pick up point I got got no feedback and had to call almost a week later (no update on the online order tracker as well or email) to find out that they not accepting an exchange because the item is not in a sellable condition.

What bull**** is that? I have bought countless running shoes from Adidas (the item I bought is Adidas BTW) and ran in them and if they not comfortable or doesn't fit, they gladly return or exchange the item for whatever you want! As they have a 30 day policy on all Boost products!

I want this sorted out and I want a full refund! I no longer want an exchange! This is beyond pathetic service from you! And I will never be purchasing online from you again!

I am still waiting for a manager to call me back after my call on Friday.

Please have this sorted out immediately!
