Pathetic excuses

I bought a pair of walking shoes from you guys about a a week ago, I returned it as the shoe is so uncomfortable it barely wearable. So superberlist, explain something logically to me...

How do I test the comfortability of a show without wearing it. You telling me to return a walking shoe in the same condition I bought it in. The bottom of the show/talkie should be clean.. Now this is what confuses me so much. How was I supposed to accomplish that without wearing it????

You refusing to take back a shoe that I will never wear again, that I paid for..

Your argument of me returning a product that you can't resell because I fitted the shoe on because it was intended for walking and the shoe was not clean under neath...
