Pathetic exchange experience.

I initially received my item the 17th October. I then logged an exchange the 19th due to the product being too small. It has been communicated to me that my product will be collected. However, my product has still not been collected after failing to collect it twice.

I am seriously annoyed by the constant excuses and apologies. Really pathetic.
