Pathetic delivery services

Good day.

I ordered a dress this morning at 7am. Same day delivery, estimated time was for 3-7pm. Its 7:05pm, i have not yet received my order. I called your call centre and was reassured that it would b delivered by 7pm. This is very unprofessional and I would like to cancel my order. I received a email to say it would be delivered by 5pm Monday. Which is not what I asked for, Im willing to pay extra for same day delivery but your service is absolutely pathetic. Please know that I will not collect the order if delivery only occurs on Monday, as the dress was ordered for today for a purpose.

Don't advertise a service that you cannot deliver what you promises. I will be going to hello Peter and reporting your pathetic service.
