Pathetic delivery!!!

I’ve placed an order, paid for next day delivery. To have the order not delivered. Rescheduled, not delivered, then called and told it was taken to the wrong depot. No follow up feedback, this was escalated, have not received feedback. Got a message this morning saying it will be delivered on Monday, which is a whole WEEK later! Which I know won’t be done. I want this ORDER TODAY! I paid for delivery on Wednesday, it is now Saturday. And it’s URGENT!!!
