Pathetic customer service

I returned 11 items in October. They rejected two items and I was refunded for 9 items. Since October I have been querying where my rejected items are. Every time the call centre said that they will check and revert back, but this never happened without me following up again. Finally on 28 December they suddenly said the 2 items were not received, effectively telling me I am lying. Pathetic service!!
