Pathetic Customer Service

I requested a refund on the 28th of January and till this day I have not received after dealing with two customer service consultants from Superbalist. I have been trying to get my money back from these people for over a month now and all I get are retarded responses with smiley faces at the end, just plain out rude and pathetic service.
