PATHETIC AND USELESS SERVICE

Most pathetic service. Placed an order on 18 October which was meant to be delivered on 24 October. I phoned to track my order on the 24th only to be told it will be delivered on the 25th. I phoned 7 times on the 25th only be told my order will only be delivered on the 27th. I needed the order to be delivered on the 25th as the items I ordered were a birthday gift. The birthday is not being celebrated on the 27th of October. What is the point of ordering something in advance only to receive it after the date you needed it to be delivered. Also, I spent a lot of money on the order. Now I have to go to a store to spend more money in order to buy a gift as my order did not arrive. I made it very clear to Superbalist on the 24th of October that I needed my order to be delivered on the 25th and the service lady emailed me, promising me that it will be delivered on the 25th. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. There is no point in making false promises to customers!!!!
