Pathetic

I ordered on Friday for next day deliver and paid extra for that. Waited here the whole of Saturday and Sunday morning… nothing arrived. Then the delivery guy arrives this morning but no parcel in his Tuktuk. Says he will come back later with it. And now I get email that says order cancelled. I see the comment is that he tried to deliver and couldn’t contact me. I have not been contacted at all. I have been waiting on this and then to have the delivery guy try blame me. I’m furious and very disgusted. I phoned the call center and was told I have to reorder as the delivery person put it as a cancellation. I’m so angry.
