Patethic client service

There service is absolutely pathetic. Returns take forever. They loose your parcel and cant even track it for over 2 weeks. Ended up doing it myself.

Now that they find the parcel they dont have the item I wished to exchange it for.

What's the purpose of an Online Fashion store if you dont uphold your end of the deal.

Items were paid for and still this occurs.
